BEIJING, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) — In recent years, Beijing's Chaoyang District has worked on the improvement of its public cultural service system. Service facilities have been integrated and upgraded at all levels. Many residents in Chaoyang District now have access to cultural services within a 15-minute walk.
